At ON-SITE Computer, LLC., we realize that your IT infrastructure is the lifeblood of your company.  In accordance we will respond to your request for service within four (4) business hours to determine the nature of the problem at which time we will promptly address the request for service (either by means of an onsite visit or remotely via telephone).  Service shall be provided during our ordinary business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., local time, excepting legal Holidays) unless ON-SITE Computer, LLC., solely at its discretion, determines to provide such service outside normal business hours to the benefit of you.

In the event that the service call is deemed an emergency we will provide due diligence in response to the call.  The call will be escalated to the appropriate technician and immediately addressed regardless of situation or location.  Please follow the pricing schedule for escalated/emergency calls.
